Pure Search are working with a fast growing consumer finance business seeking a Head of Legal/Sole Counsel for their Oxfordshire based office.

The role:

Reporting into the Group's Managing Director responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of third party agreements
• Providing advice and support on Consumer Credit and other consumer law regulations,
• Corporate and company secretarial work
• Providing advice on a range of other matters including employment, data protection and
• Compliance
