Having been in practice for over half a century, this outfit now has a string of offices across the South East, in excess of 100 members of staff, and is well-known for its high levels of expertise.  The firm is dedicated to ensuring they adapt and progress in order to continuously meet the needs of their clients, and as such they are widely recognised as a modern, reputable, and market leading law firm. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Private Client Lawyer for their team in North Hampshire.

The Role
A well-regarded practice based in Basingstoke requires a dynamic and technically excellent Private Client Lawyer. Becoming part of a growing department, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload to include: Will drafting; estate administration; IHT mitigation; trust creation and administration; LPAs and; elderly client matters. This is a hands-on position with a high level of client contact from the outset, suited to a confident Private Client Lawyer who ideally possesses an aptitude for business development in order to further drive the success of the department.

The Candidate
You must be qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive; with applications sought from those NQ – senior levels.
You must have a solid background in Private Client matters with experience in all aspects.
You will be dedicated with first class client care skills.
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will have a flair for business development.
