Paralegal Role with a Training Contract

Are you an experienced Company Commercial Paralegal? Do you feel as though you are ready to take on the challenge of a training contract within a niche company commercial department? Are you looking for a role that will allow you access to a wide range of commercial work within an actively growing firm? If so this opportunity is for you. 

You will ideally be an experienced Company Commercial Paralegal that is looking to progress towards a training contract within 3 - 6 months. You will have a wide ranging commercial workload to date which will preferably include experience of the following:

• Sales, purchases and acquisitions of SME companies
• Shareholder agreements and shareholder reorganisation matters
• All manner of commercial contract work

You will have a keen eye for detail, a general commercial awareness and an ability to relate to legal matters within the broader commercial context. You will have experience in the general areas of law mentioned and be open to working in a more relaxed legal environment. You will preferably be looking to embark on a training contract within 3 - 6 months, as such an LPC and relevant legal experience is essential.
