My client are a leading national law firm with a number of recommendations across various legal directories. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an additional Residential Conveyancer to join their Northamptonshire Office.

The team handles a variety of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions and also handling plot sales. This is a fast paced environment, and the firm prides itself on the levels of service it offers to clients so the ideal candidate will be efficient, organised and able to confidently handle their own caseload from start to finish.

This role would suit both qualified fee earners (Case Handler, Paralegals, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers) and non qualified fee earners with a minimum 6 months experience managing their own caseload.
