This leading firm based near Southampton is looking for an experienced professional with strong client focus who will be responsible for all client areas within the building as well as the total care of clients in person and on the telephone.

Responsibility for client areas will include meticulous attention to detail, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments (including ordering/laying-out of lunches), clearing rooms, and conducting quality checks.  Light kitchen duties will also be necessary.

The Southampton office hosts the switchboard function for the firm, monitoring of incoming calls from both internal and external clients, responding to general queries and directing calls to the appropriate person, this is a key part to this role, therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be confident, smart, and efficient, demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and be able to use their initiative as well as the ability to work within a team.  Flexibility in the job and working hours will be expected.  Applicants must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of Outlook and Word.

Hours of Work
