Due to the expansion of the firm this highly regarded firm is looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their flourishing team on a full time permanent basis. The firm is well renowned across the West Yorkshire region with client care as the predominant focus.

The successful Childcare Solicitor will use this rare opportunity to showcase their talents and skills and run a full caseload whilst developing their own career within childcare work. The successful Childcare Solicitor will have previous experience of handling your own caseload representing parents, guardians and children in care proceedings.

Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors or legal executives with excellent technical knowledge regarding both private and publically funded law. Ideally the Childcare Solicitor will be a skilled, confident advocate, has a good working knowledge of Legal Aid practices and procedures and can regularly undertake their own advocacy. Membership of the Children's Panel is not essential, but would be an advantage.
