Director, Local Lead of Ethics & Compliance

OUR CLIENT:

Our client, is a pharmaceutical company formed in 2005, and headquartered just outside out London, UK. The company are currently looking for a Director, Local Lead of Ethics & Compliance to be based in their Paris office.

THE ROLE:

You will report into the Sub regional Executive Director Ethics & Compliance based in the UK and be responsible for this position as a critical senior leader for the enhancing of local compliance standards in the affiliate and assisting the regional VP, Head of Ethics & Compliance, in developing and implementing a newly established global organization dedicated to compliance and ethical behavior. Through thorough risk monitoring, process management, and creating a collaborative speak-up culture, the successful candidate will demonstrate an effective problem solving attitude in their function.

You have an advanced degree in law, business administration, corporate governance, compliance or medical field, and confirmed experience in the field of compliance with at least 3-5 of these years spent within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry. You will know the French compliance market well and also have demonstrated leadership experience.

Your French and English language skills are fluent, both verbal and in writing (key requirement). You are either French qualified or have a demonstrated knowledge of French law.
