In House Legal Counsel – Global Technology Business – Oxfordshire
Our client is a leading global, FTSE 250 company which operates worldwide. If you are an ambitious individual, keen to either make their first step in house or make a move to work for a FTSE 250 business then this could be for you.
You will be a part of a dynamic legal team, supporting the company’s growth and corporate strategy across the world. You will have experience in drafting and negotiating cross-border agreements and will work on data protection, competition law, supplier and distribution contracts with the legal team and stakeholders.
You will be:
- UK qualified lawyer
- Between 1 – 6 PQE* with experience gained in commercial law from a top tier law firm or In House business
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Secondment / In House exposure or a good commercial understanding would be advantageous
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions would be beneficial
- A proactive nature and a willingness to work in fast-paced environment
