Planning Solicitor
A Planning Solicitor is sought to join one of Leeds Commercial law firms that are going places! My client is based prestigious offices in Leeds and looking for a Solicitor to grow their presence in Planning in Leeds
Working with a small team but larger department comprising of Partners, Solicitors and assistants, you will be working on a wide range of projects including preparation and co-ordination of planning applications, negotiation and management of projects, contentious planning application appeals and a diverse range of development projects. Day to day, you will be dealing with a mixure of non-contentious and contentious work.
You will be employed by one of the top 200 Commercial Law firms from their offices in Leeds and will benefit from working with some of the most respected names in the area of Planning.
The appointed person will have excellent academics, trained with a highly regarded firm and will have a background working as a Planning Solicitor, ideally with some environmental and advocacy experience. The PQE for the role is ideally 5 yrs + PQE and this is a great opportunity to really make the role your own and expand a growing department!
