Solicitor - Personal Injury

Are you a personal injury specialist with fast track RTA litigation experience looking to work in a team handling only good quality litigated personal injury work? If so this is an excellent opportunity to do just that.

We are exclusively instructed by this top 100 UK firm with a particular focus on insurance sector work.

The role will be to handle your own caseload of approximately 50 litigated defendant personal injury cases in a modern working environment with the latest case management software.

This team handles exclusively cases over £15000 in value and over the new proposed small claims limit level offering relative security from these changes.

Coming in as a new fee earner to the team, you will deal with the fast track files where there are technical issues and progress from there. If you have only done claimant work that is fine the most important thing is that you can handle your own litigated cases to trial.

Opportunities for part time working exist (4 days). Also, flexibility for start and finish times. Finally the firm has invested heavily in remote access technology and home working 1-2 days per week is also available for those that want it.

The size of department and the firm means that there are realistic opportunities for future progression and development.
