Industrial Disease Solicitor - Birmingham Large international law firm requires an experienced solicitor to manage a caseload of industrial matters with a particular emphasis on asbestos claims.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a partner but, depending on experience, will be expected to handle a full caseload within a short period of time. The candidate must be comfortable with litigation of high value multi track cases. Experience of asbestos disease litigation cases would be an advantage, however not essential.
The ideal candidate must have a genuine interest in handling asbestos related claims and have solid claimant personal injury experience which is essential for the role.
