Conveyancer/ Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancing Legal Executive - Bath

Leading local law firm are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to work within their Bath Branch.

This role will be working within the local area maintaining a caseload of Residential and High Net Worth property files including some Development work. This position will be working within an established branch of this highly regarded law firm and within the position you will be required to attend networking and client development events.

To be considered for this position candidates are required to have at least 1 years' experience working within Residential Property and to have the ability to run a caseload from initial instruction through to post completion and to be able to develop business and bring on new clients as well as building relationships with the local estate agencies.
