This is a superb opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Associate, or Finance or Real Estate Associate, with REF experience, to join a specialist Property Finance team, within a firm that has real emphasis on the Real Estate Sector.

The firm is committed to the Property Sector and accordingly has a long standing and strong client base. The Property Finance team is bucking the trend at present and is very busy. The team's continued success, which has included several panel wins, and pipeline sees them feeling bullish and confident about the future. The firm has given the team its full backing to grow and part of that growth includes hiring now an individual who will play a key part of the team's longer term growth strategy.

The work will be a fairly even mix between lender and borrower work, with borrower clients. The firm is collegiate and supportive when it comes to helping associates developing their own client base. It's a firm from which many people moving from larger City firms find refreshing in its approach but one which can still offer a good quality of work. The Property Finance team is often doing deals opposite the traditional market leaders.

The role would suit an associate from a larger City firm who wishes to play a more visible and integral part of the REF practice and within a firm that is truly committed to Property, regardless of Brexit implications.
