Litigation Locum required for an initial period of 3 months to join a Local Authority in Nottingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Locum to join a well-regarded Local Authority on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly respected and well run team and will be handling a mixed case load of civil and criminal litigation matters.
The role will require a lawyer with recent experience in civil and criminal litigation as they will be dealing with matters such as:
- Adult social care debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
- Planning enforcement
- Highway and Education prosecutions
This contract will be paying between £30-£37 per hour LTD, depending on experience.
Contract Duration: 3 Months+
While past Local Government experience is desirable, Litigation lawyers from a private practice background are also encourage to apply.
