Non-Contentious Construction Associate - Top 25 Law Firm - London City - 2PQE - Senior Associate
The Firm
A leading National law firm based in London City are seeking to employ a Non-Contentious Construction associates with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their highly regarded Real Estate Division. The firm is well known for their Non-Contentious Construction expertise and is the go to for clients in both the public and private sector.
The Group
The group is highly ranked for their Non-Contentious Construction work by various legal publications including the 'Legal 500' and 'Chambers & Partners'. Due to the success of the firms Real Estate division, the team has experienced steady organic growth due to an increase in workloads over the past two years. The Real Estate division now boasts 8 Partners and over 40 fee earners nationally.
The Role
The role is widely varied, associates can expect their workload to include; building work; civil and process plant engineering; energy; infrastructure and utilities. Associates also support the wider Real Estate department and Projects teams. The firm is widely known for providing high levels of responsibility to juniors with support from the partners, this offers a great opportunity for career development and internal progression within the team.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an associate/senior associate with have a minimum 2 years PQE in a leading non-contentious construction practice. Preferably including building work within any of the following areas; process plant, energy, utility and/or infrastructure. Complemented by excellent academics (minimum 2:1 at degree level). Candidates below the stated PQE will be considered if they can demonstrably add value to the practice.
