The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded practice located in Chesterfield. Renowned for its excellence in a broad range of legal matters, the firm has practitioners accredited for their quality in conveyancing. The firm prides themselves on the provision of personalised, straightforward advice to their growing client-base. They are now seeking a residential conveyancer to join their team.

The Role
This is a full-time permanent placement for a legal executive, licensed conveyancer or solicitor to join the firm's Derbyshire conveyancing team. The position will include a range of residential conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, transferring equity, leasehold enfranchisement and land acquisitions. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be able to work as part of a team on high net worth cases. You will be required to assist in business development and marketing. For the right candidate there will be excellent career progression prospects.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
You must have at least 3 years' PQE.
You must have experience in leasehold matters.
You must have excellent organisational and communication skills.
You must have good IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office and case management systems.
You must have knowledge of compliance with SRA accounts rules.
