Technology/ Telecoms Associate, 1 PQE+
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Technology/ Telecoms team in London.
The role will involve advising on major telecoms roll outs, IP outsourcing transactions, IT/ system procurements, data protection and contracts for the supply of equipment and software. You will also be heavily involved in the development of the practice both in the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and experience in the commercial or IT department of a well-regarded firm. You will have a working knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and/ or regulations, as well as experience of IT transactional work. Prior experience assisting with business development activities is also highly desirable.
