Our client is a Lexcel accredited legal practice located in Staffordshire. Renowned for its excellence in a broad range of legal matters, the firm offer a friendly and welcoming environment and delivers highest level of advice to its clients. They are now looking to recruit a Commercial Corporate Lawyer to join their Tamworth office.
The Role
The firm are looking for a talented Commercial Corporate Lawyer for their well-established and dynamic Staffordshire team. The full time permanent position will cover an interesting and varied mix of commercial and corporate law work, including mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have at least 3 years’ PQE.
You must have solid experience in corporate and commercial matters.
It would be advantageous to have experience in commercial property.
