Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking an information technology lawyer to join their office in the Netherlands. The team work closely with their clients informing on corporate, intellectual property and information technology advice. They also provide specialist and proactive support and insight across other legal disciplines. They are also known for their spot on legal 500s i.p and technology list in the Netherlands.
The team are seeking a ip/it lawyer with around 3+ PQE ideally with some exposure to intellectual property, and be seeking to join a leading practice that focuses on business in Europe, whiles assisting businesses based around the globe. You must have experience in; IT outsourcing, technology development and distribution, copyright contracts, data protection, brands and trademarks and intellectual property disputes. You must also have fluency in both English and Dutch.
