Legal Counsel
Surrey
A US based outsourcing business, with operations in over 100 countries, is looking for an ambitious commercial lawyer to join their team based in Surrey for an initial six month contract.
Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel, the role will involve negotiating and drafting contracts for the UK, Ireland and wider EMEA business. It will also require giving advice and guidance on disputes and all legal and compliance issues, coordinating closely with the global legal team.
Candidates will need to have strong commercial experience with preference being given to those with prior experience working across EMEA. Candidates will need to be qualified in England & Wales with strong private practice training in the UK. Those with in-house experience will be at an advantage as will those with specific experience of software licensing, data protection, outsourcing and technology related contracts.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive daily rate and preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period.
