An exceptional opportunity has arisen for someone seeking a challenge in an international, industry-leading, legal advisory firm specialising in citizenship and residence solutions.  They are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in her day-to-day duties, including managing communication for M.D., ensuring excellent gatekeeping, drafting formal letters and documents, managing the M.D.s diary & complex international travel and other ad-hoc duties where needed. The M.D. has a P.A. who managed administration and supports the broader team, so this role focuses mainly on communication & gatekeeping, and supporting her in a 1-on-1 capacity.

An affinity and background in law is a plus, as the majority of work is regarding sensitive, confidential legal material. However this is not a paralegal role or training contract but a pure EA role. So if you'd like to train in law in the long term, this role is unfortunately not the right one for you. But, if you are looking for a top EA role with progression then this is  a great opportunity!

As the central point of contact, you will need to be able to relate to people with different backgrounds, including non-English speakers. Strong writing skills and excellent English grammar are required, in addition to flexibility and multitasking. The Managing Director is looking to take on someone pro-active and energetic, who is extremely organised, comfortable with tight deadlines, and can be trusted with confidential matters. You are used to work in fast-paced environment and would like to be part of a growing business. In return, you’ll get a great opportunity to grow and develop yourself.

They offer a competitive starting salary between GBP 25-30K p.a. for the right candidate and they are located in Mayfair, London, with progression in the long-term. They are looking for someone who could start in January.
