Lexcel-accredited firm offering a rewarding career requires a dynamic Family Solicitor in the Swansea area.

Centrally located, our client is a high street firm offering a select range of legal services to clients in Swansea and throughout South Wales. With client care at their core, they endeavour to provide first class advice and representation in all instances. Currently experiencing a period of sustained growth, they are seeking to add to their Family team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Family Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Swansea area. As part of a dedicated department, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of matrimonial matters for private and Legal Aid clients. Matters will include: divorce; financial remedy; cohabitation; care proceedings; TOLATA applications; domestic violence; injunctions and; private law Children Act applications. Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills are a pre-requisite for the position along with a dedication to developing your career in this area.



The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor from NQ – 5 years’ PQE with solid experience in Family law.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise dealing with private and publicly funded matters.
You must have first class client care and communication skills.
You will be a confident negotiator and advocate.
Additional accreditations are desirable but not essential for the position.
You will be personable with a client-focused approach.
