An experienced Senior Costs Lawyer/Draftsman is wanted to lead and oversee a team of costs lawyers with a top 100 UK law firm. A challenging and varied opportunity the Senior Costs Draftsman will be responsible for a range of high value matters to include various personal injury and Clinical negligence work.

The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running in a successful environment, providing dedicated costs support for litigation lawyers across several UK based office. Responsible for the management of a complex, high value caseload the individual will be drafting points of dispute, schedules of costs, bills of costs/budgets, negotiating costs to settlement and by the provision of additional supporting services such as managing and attending CCMCs/detailed assessment hearings where instructed to do so by lawyers with conduct of the file.
