About the role?

If you are used to working within a claims environment or customer service background get in touch. This role is suited to someone who is not afraid of hard work and who loves the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be used to dealing with high call volumes.

There are excellent opportunities for career progression and excellent training and support is provided.

You will be extremely well organised, have strong attention to detail and will be able to adhere to strict timescales. This is a pressured role and therefore someone with a strong work ethos and whom can work on their own initiative as well as within a team is ideal.

You are also required to be able to drive or have access to excellent transport links.

This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary in the region of 16,000 – 17,000 depending on experience. The firm offer excellent benefits and a rewarding work environment as well as state of the art technology and a vibrant friendly office environment.
