Operating Officer (Litigation)

The successful candidate will play a key role facilitating both strategic and operational activities of the firm. You will help to set the strategic direction of the firm's litigation operations and in particular, you will support the CEO for the group in respect to the business planning and the financial analysis of the global litigation group. You will also be involved in business development and recruitment for the group. Working alongside managers from other groups within the firm, you will be based in the London office but the role will involve some travel to the firm's other international offices.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with strong financial analytical skills. You will have a proven track record of leading initiatives and managing projects, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
