My client is looking to expand its banking team in London with the hire of a junior Banking lawyer. You would be joining a firm that has gone from strength to strength in London and is looking to build its capabilities further.

You would be joining a US law firm that already has a name in the London market and its reputation is growing. It has offices around the globe and an array of international clients. You could be part of this exciting opportunity to join a firm with the ambition to become one of the leading forces in London.

You would need to have strong leveraged finance experience however you would still be taking on a broad role that would include structured finance, distressed debt, restructuring and derivative transactions for corporates, sponsors and lenders. The breadth of the role within the banking team is what has made the team such an attractive prospect for its current employees and also kept the attrition rate low.

As a minimum requirement for this Banking & Finance role, you must:

• Have excellent academics
• Trained at a leading City or International law firm in London
• Be NQ-2PQE with experience in Leveraged Finance
