A position has arisen for a private client solicitor to join a top 200 law firm at an exciting stage of expansion. The firm are offering real progression prospects for a commercially aware solicitor with a strong academic background.
Our client is seeking to appoint a private client solicitor to join their expanding team. Ideally you will be between two and six years post qualification with the ability to advise on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate and trust administration and powers of attorney with minimal supervision. Supervision will be provided but this role will suit somebody who can work independently – free from significant supervision.
If you have previous experience in charity work this would be a huge advantage though not essential – you will however be exposed to this type of work so somebody who can learn and adapt quickly is essential.
