A highly successful law firm that has reported excellent financial results of late is looking to hire a co-ordinator to cover their evening shift within document production.

This would be a 12 month fixed term role covering from 4pm to midnight. The firm is highly regarded by its employees for the supportive network as well as the continued opportunity for training and development. Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the workload and service provision for the evening shift as well as working on projects as and when required
  • Manage the DP team to include resolving any issues or queries
  • Being point of contact for advice and help whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Taking part in the recruitment and interviewing of staff
  • Supporting with the induction and training of new joiners
  • Identifying and arranging training for staff when required
  • Providing team with client feedback and relevant follow up actions
  • Supporting with performance reviews and disciplinary meetings
  • Taking work briefs from clients and negotiating deadlines
  • Dealing with, and escalating if necessary, client complaints
  • Monitor and process all incoming emails and requests

Requirements:

  • Applicants will have approximately 2 years of client / customer facing experience within a legal or professional services environment or equivalent
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with MS Word
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and organised approach
