Our Client, a major UK law firm has a requirement for a Corporate Associate to join their Corporate and Commercial Practice.
As a Corporate Associate you will acquire a varied workload ranging from; acquisitions and disposals to joint ventures.
You will work closely one of the Corporate Partners, acting as their senior team member and assist in developing the practice areas, as well developing your own client base.
You will ideally possess a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach. You will be a strong team player and able to communicate effectively.
A proven history of transactional work and working to deadlines is essential.
