A highly-respected law firm with offices across Kent are looking to recruit a Commercial Contract Solicitor at the early stages of their career (2 - 6 years PQE). The Commercial team are ranked highly in the Legal 500, you would be joining a highly successful team, this is a great move and could really take your career to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Contract Solicitor to join one of the best firms in the area and deal with some high-quality Commercial work, to involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading agreements, together with supply, purchase and manufacturing agreements including joint ventures and outsourcing. This is an interesting and varied role and will see you working with a broad range of clients. The role has a particular emphasis in technology-related issues including intellectual property and on-line trading issues.
You will have gained at least 1 years PQE as a Commercial Contract Solicitor in a Legal 500 Law Firm, you will be competent in handling your own caseload as well as the ability to build and sustain excellent client relationships.
