Our client is a long established Yorkshire law firm with a growing reputation in the region. The firm is looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join their residential property department. Our client has a reputation for providing a high quality conveyancing services to their loyal client base. The successful candidate will have  residential property solicitor to assist with the management and development of the department.

You will join a highly respected team of property lawyers with a wealth of experience and who act for a variety of commercial clients. The Property work handled is varied and includes landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold and sales and acquisition transactions.

The successful candidate will have a solid Commercial Property background with 4 years’ PQE.  Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
