Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a trusts lawyer to join their office in Guernsey. The team are an internationally known firm for their offshore experience and have reputable experience in their trusts disputes team. The firm are known on legal 500 and other reputable firm ranking sites for their experience in multiple practices.
The team are seeking a trusts lawyer with 1-3PQE. You must have experience in basic lifetime trusts, disabled trusts, charitable trusts and Will trusts, philanthropies, partnerships, and ‘pensions and incentive scheme’. You will provide certain services to clients including preparation of accounts, tax compliance and drafting all necessary trust documentation.
