Are you a company commercial Solicitor living in the Banbury area that is looking to achieve a better work life balance? Are you fed up of the commute into the big towns and cities? Looking for good commercial work but do not want to work to ever growing high billing targets?
I am looking for experienced company commercial solicitor (3 years + PQE) to join a boutique commercial practice in Banbury.
This firm was set up by 2 ex city lawyers a few years ago who wanted to service good quality commercial work but wanted to move away from the hustle and bustle of London on a daily basis. They are situated just outside Banbury in a peaceful barn conversion and are able to attract good quality work from an impressive and loyal client base including well known national companies across a variety of sectors who are attracted and retained by the level of service that they are able to provide. They are a firm that is focused on individual client care rather than targets and volume of work and the setup of their firm allows them to provide a good individual level of service to each client which has resulted in lasting and profitable relationships being maintained and developed.
The role would suit a personable, friendly and experienced company commercial solicitor that is looking to improve their work life balance but who wish to continue to deal with good quality work within a commercially focused firm. You will be expected to deal with the broad range of company commercial matters working alongside 3 other company commercial lawyers. There are currently 10 Solicitors within the practice as a whole (plus support staff) and therefore it is of a nice size to provide a very supportive and friendly working environment for a lawyer to progress their career.
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience as part of a good benefits package.
