Senior Contentious Construction Associate (5 Yrs.+ PQE)

Required experience, skills and attributes:
- Contentious Construction experience
- Should have Middle East experience (compulsory) and preferably UAE experience
- MUST be UK qualified!

My client is a Top 100 multinational law firm who have over 120 offices serving circa 50 countries and a firm of this magnitude is now looking to secure a Senior Construction Associate to work in Disputes - Their top-ranked engineering and construction team works on building, engineering, utilities, transportation, infrastructure and real estate development projects, and associated dispute resolution. They offer a full range of construction law advice, from procurement planning, contract negotiation and drafting through to strategic advice during construction, claims settlement and beyond.

In the role, you will employ the most appropriate tools and strategies for each stage of the Dispute process. Whether through the timely use of innovative Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques or skilful and persuasive Advocacy in the courtroom your clients will count on you to maximize their prospects for a successful outcome. You will work with clients to assess and manage their risks in relation to the legal costs of the Dispute and seek to minimize the likelihood of future Litigation.

You will be currently employed as a Contentious-focused Senior Associate with over 5 years' PQE and currently working at a leading, international law firm, we want to hear from you! Strong local market knowledge and being UK qualified is key while being fully fluent in Arabic is favourable, yet not a prerequisite.
