A role has arisen for a corporate solicitor to join the Legal 500 recommended team at this Legal 100 firm.
In this role you’ll be dealing with a range of corporate work such as mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs and flotations. You will also have a great deal of direct client contact. The quality of the work you will be dealing with is demonstrated by the recommendations the team have earned in the sector.
