Leading asset manager requires funds lawyer to join exceptional team.
The role is very wide ranging and will involve supporting new fund launches, drafting IMAs, and also handling a wide range of generalist in-house work such as commercial contracts.
You will join an established team on lawyers and be an excellent team player but also able to work autonomously on highly business-facing projects.
You will have experience as a funds lawyer from a top firm or in-house within the asset management sector.
