Recruitment Consultant (Legal)
£23,000-£32,000 + Market leading OTE
Pro-Legal, part of Pro-Group, are recruiting experienced Recruitment Consultants to strengthen both their Practice and In house teams.
The Legal division of Pro Group is growing its share and building a strong reputation as the go-to legal recruiters. This means that the teams are growing, and there has also been an internal promotion on the team in the last month.
The Practice team has very well established relationships with Magic Circle firms, Silver Circle firms and elite US Law firms. In this role you would be expected to take over some existing clients, develop and grow that accounts as well as an element on business development to grow the desk further.
The In House team has a fantastic database of excellent candidates and this role would be to build and develop a desk within Commerce and Industry.
Pro- Group offers good basic salaries as well as a market leading commission structure. You can earn up to from 25% - 40% commission on your billings! If you are a top biller you can earn a minimum of £100,000k bonus at the top rate of 40%.
