Planning Solicitor

An international, Top 20 firm with a strong presence is looking to grow its Real Estate Division. The firm have continued to organically grow over the last 12 months and the Planning division is currently thriving. The department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and they boast a wide skill set and give advice to nationwide.

This is an exceptional vacancy for Planning Solicitor. The firms client base spans developers, local authorities, waste operators and major landowners. The firm are looking for someone who is prepared to work with colleagues to undertake business development initiatives to promote the department. Experience of appeals, major section 106 agreements and judicial review is sought, and experience of advising in respect of the community infrastructure levy and the DCO process would be an advantage. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.

The firm are looking to strengthen the Manchester office as it has plans to double this office in size. Planning and Projects work are core areas in the firm and this hire will place in a growing team.
