Our client is a well-known and highly respected City firm with an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients and an excellent reputation for providing full service commercial advice. The Corporate M&A team are looking for a paralegal to assist with an increasingly busy work-load. They are looking for somebody with excellent academics (LPC distinction, 2.1, AAA) and corresponding interpersonal skills. You must also have commercial experience gained in private practice or in-house with a comparable legal team. This role would suitable somebody with a training contract to start in eighteen months and who is looking for quality paralegal experience in order to prepare for the rigours of private practice. This is an excellent opportunity with a top-tier City player!
