Commercial Property Solicitor / ILEX - Niche High Street Firm

This niche property law firm based in the heart of Shropshire are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or ILEX to add to their small and friendly team of 4. With a fantastic work / life balance in place you will be able to deal with clients regularly on a face to face basis and perform site visits. This isn't your standard 9 - 5 commercial property position!

You will be dealing with a broad mix of work from sale and purchase matters, options to purchase, long and short term letting to development work, conditional lease extensions as well as site acquisitions and disposals. With this being a small firm you will be dealing with a contrasting client base from private companies to large scale developers, regional and national SME's.

This is a very autonomous position so will allow you the opportunity to deal everything from supervision to client meetings and business development. Salary is based on PQE level but a tremendous benefits package and bonus scheme will also be attached.
