Paralegal - Corporate/Private Equity

Our client a leading US practice based in the heart of London, are looking to add a corporate/private equity paralegal to their team. This is an exciting opportunity and will give you great exposure to high level work. 

Working alongside the associates in the practice area you will support them with advisory and transactional work. You will have completed the LPC and will ideally have undertaken electives in corporate and finance related areas.
