Corporate Solicitor

My client, who are a very well known firm are looking for a corporate solicitor to add to their expanding team. The team are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to add a corporate solicitor to their team. They are looking for someone to join their office in West Sussex (36 minutes from Victoria).

The corporate team deal with a full range of M&A, corporate finance, private equity, commercial contracting and transactional work. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills within an established and innovative national law firm and department. The role will be fast paced and a stimulating mix of projects and ever-growing responsibility.

You will have experience in corporate, not only be technically excellent but an excellent communicator.
