Experiencing an increase in work they are now looking to add to their Personal Injury team.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for additional Personal Injury Paralegals to join a leading team in Harlow. With the skills and expertise to run cases on the MOJ Portal, the successful Paralegals will manage a full and varied caseload of EL, PL and RTA claims from instruction up to and including issuing proceedings. Due to the diverse areas of personal injury this department handles, any additional experience in Industrial Disease cases is desirable but not essential. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with a minimum of one years’ experience gained within Personal Injury;
You must be able to competently run cases on the MOJ portal;
Previous experience in Industrial Disease cases is desirable but not essential;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate with particular experience using the pro-claim case management system desirable;
You will organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
