Highly regarded in their local communities they have a growing and loyal client base. They are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their Poole office.
The Role
Our client is looking for a full-time permanent Residential Conveyancer to join their Dorset team. The role will be managing a residential conveyancing caseload. The Residential Conveyancer position will be dealing with conveyancing work from instruction through to post-completion. The role will include business development, marketing and building relationships with external property professionals.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing matters.
You will have experience in residential land law.
You will require your own transport.
You will have good IT, numeracy and communication skills.
