Structured Finance NQ+

The London office of this popular long-standing global firm is currently recruiting for a junior (NQ+) to mid level associate to join the structured capital markets team.

This is a very busy team working for a broad client base including banks, rating houses, corporate trustees and fintech clients / household names. A lot of the firm's work is cross-border. The team works across all levels of structured finance so an associate is going to be exceptionally well trained into a variety of areas rather than pigeon-holed into doing one type of deal for a considerable part of their career. It may therefore suit a large city firm lawyer looking for breadth early on.

The partners are happy to train lawyers with a particular SF focus into the other areas that their broad structured finance practice involves. The team has very good resources to train people into areas that are less familiar including weekly meetings, hands on deal support and dedicated PSLs.
