THE FIRM:
Our client is an established regional firm based in the Thames Valley regions, which provides a comprehensive legal service for private individual and organisations.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a self-motivated property litigation lawyer to join their expanding property team, advising clients on all property-related disputes by negotiation, mediation or litigation.
You will be working on all aspects of property litigation from landlord and tenant disputes to residential and commercial debt recovery and possession actions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 5PQE-8PQE, a strong academic background and a proven track record as a property litigation lawyer gained with a national or top regional firm.
You will need to have a good grounding in property law, and commercial and residential landlord and tenant.
You must have a client focussed approach to work with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
