DOCUMENTATION NEGOTIATORS NEEDED FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS
We have needs for experienced ISDA negotiators for a range of clients. The roles are with a variety of clients within the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in negotiating ISDAs. Any experience with with Variation Margin Credit Support Annexes and Initial Margin collateral documentation (including account control agreements) would be benefitial.
