Paralegal Manager - Silver Circle

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal Manager to join a Silver Circle law firm in London.

The firm has a hugely respected Litigation practice that is often seen working on high-profile matters for market leading companies. Their clients span a range of sectors, including banking, energy and technology.

The successful Paralegal Manager will hold responsibility for all the paralegals in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, which is currently c. 30 paralegals, plus additional temporary paralegals and translators.

This is a broad role that will include monitoring the utilisation of paralegals across Dispute Resolution, working with partners and associates in identifying paralegal resourcing requirements, liaising with HR to recruit temporary paralegals as required as well as training and inducting new starters. The Paralegal Manager will also carry out the lead paralegal role on-large scale cases.

Due to the scale of this role, the successful Paralegal Manager will have at least two years’ managerial/supervisory experience within litigation, preferably from Private Practice. Experience of the document review process is a pre-requisite.
