Legal Document Processor – Birmingham City Centre

A brilliant opening has arisen for a legal document processor to join a top tier, international law firm based in their Birmingham office.

Our client is a major UK law firm and has a renowned reputation for their outstanding service to both national and international clients.

You will provide outstanding document processing service to fee earners within our client’s corporate and commercial department. You will work in a team of over 25 people and your key relationships will be with senior secretaries, legal secretaries and fee earners.

Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to;

-          Accurately producing documents

-          Amending documents and proof reading typed correspondence

-          Ensuring work is completed to tight deadlines

-          Complying with the firms beliefs to develop core relationships with clients

-          Taking incoming calls and ensuring clients queries are dealt with

-          Planning and organisation

You must have previous experience working in a legal document producer position and a legal background is desirable, but not essential.
