Corporate Commercial Solicitor
4 – 6 years post qualified (The Client need someone with whom they can leave instructions but happy to consider exceptional candidates of lesser experience)
The role is mix of corporate and commercial work but would consider someone with either.
Interest or experience in the following Construction/IT Law desirable.
Business Development/Presentation Skills highly desirable – willingness to develop these skills
The role although essentially a corporate/commercial one presents an opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the development of the teams offering in the digital and IT law sector.
Technical drafting skills critical - able to progress basic corporate and commercial transactions unsupervised
Qualities - Positive, can do approach, willing to commit to a "whole team approach" ethos
A following is highly desirable but not essential.
